cDNA & CLONING KITS
Reverse Transcriptase is used to synthesize complementary DNA (cDNA) using RNA as a template. Enzynomics provides three types of reverse transcriptase, M-MLV, TOPscript ™, and SuperiorScript.
TOPscript ™ Reverse Transcriptase is a product that can synthesize cDNA at a high temperature of 60 ℃ by engineering M-MLV reverse transcriptase. This is very useful when the RNA template has a long, complex secondary structure.
